Medallions Don't Fit in the Sport Band! What am I Doing wrong?

We bought the Sport Bands on the Ocean Ready app when we ordered our Medallions.  They just came and the Medallion falls right thru them.  Am I doing something wrong?

I got the same bands. They have to be placed just so, it seems to be magnetic. Try turning it around and playing around with it. Once I placed it ok there correctly it appears to be tight. 

 

I am boarding the Caribbean Princess tomorrow so I’ll let you know if it falls out.

Hmmmm... Now I am wondering how safe it is to scuba with the sport band. I don't want to lose my medallion in the ocean. Maybe I should go with the Fitbit.

Yes. No one has complained about the Fitbit fit.

Plus it's cheaper.

You should feel a snap when they are in place.

I got the fit bit clip on and it fits fine

As someone else said, at first it appears it’ll go right through, but if you turn it, it’ll magnetically lock in place. It doesn’t feel the most secure, but it is staying put.
