Unable to PM

I wanted to PM some cruisers on about a change of ship but I got this message

 

You are only allowed to send 0 messages per day. Please try again later.

 

 

I've been a member of CC for more than 4 years. How much later do I have to wait??

The ability to PM has never existed on Cruise Critic.  The icon is there as part of the software but is not activated.  However, the admins may use it to PM you.  Already several threads about this here.  EM
