bookbabe Posted June 10, 2019 #3 Share Posted June 10, 2019 Some hotels will sometimes offer a day pass during slower times, but it’s very uncommon in Cayman. There won’t be much info available.
cb at sea Posted June 22, 2019 #4 Share Posted June 22, 2019 There are chair/umbrella rentals all along the beach. No real need for a hotel.

That depends on who you are. We always get a day pass, so we need a hotel for that.
Reilly22 Posted July 29, 2019 #6 Share Posted July 29, 2019 I’ve been on a mission to find hotels that offer day passes for August when we arrive on Carnival and have contacted the Marriott, Westin, Ritz, Margaritaville and Seagrape and they all said they do not allow day passes. I’m so disappointed. I guess we will go to the Public beach
elaineb Posted July 30, 2019 #7 Share Posted July 30, 2019 We have gone to this club - The Royal Palms Beach Club. $4 entrance fee, plus $15 for umbrella and 2 chairs. They have a pool, but no children allowed in the pool. The beach is fabulous. They will take orders and serve you drinks and food on the beach. https://royalpalmscayman.com/
TravellingBritNY Posted August 12, 2019 #8 Share Posted August 12, 2019 Right now Grand Cayman is booming as a destination - occupancy rates are through the roof, both for hotels and condos. This means that hotels are pretty full, even in the so-called "off season", so they won't be selling day passes. If you really want to access a hotel property then your only real option is to book an overnight room. They won't be cheap, though.

packedandready Posted September 5, 2019 #11 Share Posted September 5, 2019 Went to Royal Palms last week. There were 4 ships in port and we were the last ship to arrive. Sooooooooo many people that we had trouble finding loungers. In fact, we were up against the boundary rope. Won't go again unless only 1 or 2 ships in port and we're the first ship to arrive. We've been to Royal Palms several times and this was the first time it was so crowded.
