And my info comes from personally using the plugs on both Nautica and Regatta. Thought problem: How many "cruise planners" have actually been aboard any of the ships that they are selling? And been aboard for more than just a short walk-through? YMMV.

I obviously don’t know who’s right, but remember that the Insignia went through a refurb in December. I’ll know for sure in three weeks. I’m sure my DW isn’t the first to need an outlet for a CPAP machine, so one way or another, it’ll be resolved!

Not really... As FlyerTalker stated the R ships were Euro by the bed. On the O class ships they are USA. The videos/pics of Insignia after refit confirm this. Sny Posted June 19, 2019 #29 Share Posted June 19, 2019 Regarding BiPap machines. Our TA always informs Oceania that my husband uses a BiPap. Generally, they have an electrician come to the room to make sure it is set up correctly and that there is no problem reaching the bed. Never had a problem in our three previous Oceania cruises on Regatta, Marina and Riviera.
rucruisn2 Posted June 20, 2019 #30 Share Posted June 20, 2019 I have been on over 40 cruises so far and always bring and use a heating pad. I unplug it and put it away when not in use. I also always bring my own hair dryer. Never had a problem.
