cruiseguy1016 Posted June 19, 2019 #6 Share Posted June 19, 2019 We also love the ice skating shows. The Duck and Dog Pub is a great place to hang out. Depending on the artist, the music can be very good and it's also a great place to people watch on the Royal Promenade. The Schooner Bar is small on Adventure and foot traffic walking through can make it very crowded. However, if there is a good piano player in there, it can be a fun place to hang out also.

Having sailed Adventure 3 times...we've found we spend a good deal of time in the Promenade area...the various shops, pub, eating places are all very nice and welcoming. She's one of our favorite ships, and has plenty to offer. Agree with the other folks that the ice show is also a "must see".

CapeGal Posted June 19, 2019 #10 Share Posted June 19, 2019 Just having been on in May, we found the Promenade the best place to hang out and people watch. The ship is not new but it is an awesome class. We did not get a chance to hang out in the Solarium (not for lack of trying) because it was taken over early in the morning by towel hoggers. SO if you want to go there, be early or be ready to move towels ;).
ItalianBoyy Posted June 19, 2019 #11 Share Posted June 19, 2019 We loved the The Duck and Dog Pub in the promenade and Schooner Bar. The live music was always top notch at those places and tons of fun, especially with the sing alongs at the Schooner Bar. And as others have said, the ice show is great too! wineandbeach Posted June 28, 2019 #14 Share Posted June 28, 2019 We just got off the ship. We usually stopped by the Duck and Dog for at least one drink and listened to the entertainer. I enjoyed the piano man in the Schooner bar. If there is nothing big going on in the Blue Moon, that is a great place to relax and your group could usually all fit together (we were a group of 10) and being able to enjoy some music and still be able to have conversations. mugtech Posted June 28, 2019 #15 Share Posted June 28, 2019 If you like trivia you will have many chances every day to play, the staff members take it seriously and have fun at the same time. Was better than any other ships I have sailed.
