Nicdigby Posted August 21, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 21, 2019 Sailing on independence this weekend. Looks like you can’t book Grease or the ice skating shows ; or can you? If not, how much of a scramble is it? How early would I need to turn up to get four adjacent seats? thank you for your time and help!
Rare little britain Posted August 21, 2019 #2 Share Posted August 21, 2019 Ice show will be either assigned times by muster station, or they will issue tickets. The show will be on a few times so should be no issues seeing it. Grease also on a few times. I’d get there 20-30 mins beforehand to secure good seating.
Sancho_proudfoot Posted August 22, 2019 #3 Share Posted August 22, 2019 To be specific, you don't need to/cannot book for Grease. For the ice show its worked by muster station number.
Rare kernow Posted August 22, 2019 #4 Share Posted August 22, 2019 In May they issued tickets onboard for the ice shows, you had to collect them from guest services or the concierge on one morning, it was listed in the compass. No tickets for Grease, we were there 30 minutes before as the theatre opened as were many others, 15 minutes before the show started there were not many seats left. minikiss Posted August 22, 2019 #5 Share Posted August 22, 2019 I'm hoping it will be a ticket system for the ice shows, when we get on board as the In laws who we are travelling with have a different muster station to us. We were last on her 6 years ago I think and it was a ticket system them, so hopefully it will be the same sort of thing. Good to know about the Grease show so will bear that in mind. How do you know your Muster station already? I have always looked at the notice on the back of our cabin door to find the information.

If you look on the Royal App under your profile (Upper right hand corner - the little picture of a person) This will tell you your current cruise points, stateroom and muster station.
