Are you saying the ship missed Labadee and no one went ashore or you just didn't?  If the ship missed the port, then, yes, port fees are credited to your onboard account.  If you just stayed onboard, then no, you don't get port fees returned.  Just making that clear for anyone who is reading this thinking if they stay onboard, they get port fees returned.
