Library on Nautica

How’s the fiction selection in Nautica’s library? Also, is there a paperback exchange?

I believe all O ships have  a book exchange

Have not been on Nautica  so cannot comment on the selection of books

Acceptable.  All ships get the same books from a central stocking.

 

Did not see any paperback exchange location on my last O cruise.  Perhaps there  just weren't any offered, or they were all snatched up.

Or you did not look in the right place  😉

There were 2 cupboards  on Marina full of books for exchanging

We've been on all of the ships at least once and always saw an exchange section.  It did seem that they are cleared out pretty early in the cruise.  By that I mean I wasn't tempted by anything I saw!

We used to leave 15-30 books in the exchange but the last few cruises have

had Kindles so no more donations.

We may not be alone in this change.

And our local library has a great selection.

As I said above there were 2 full  units  in the library on Marina in April  with books to share

so someone  is leaving  paperbacks as well as hardcover books there

The R ships  had  a larger space for  book sharing as well

Just returned from Nautica and there is still a book exchange in the library.  If you enter the library from Toscana side and immediately turn left, those shelves are the paperback exchange.
