Which deck will the concierge lounge will be for suites on the Oasis in Feb. 2020?

After the dry dock, I'd expect the DL to be on deck 4, forward.

I don't recall reading anything that indicated that CK is moving.

Diamond Lounge going to deck 4. CK and SL are staying put.

Diamond Lounge - Diamond, Diamond+, and Pinnacle 

Suite Lounge - Sky Class, Star Class, and Pinnacle

^ and on ships without Suite class, anyone booked in GS or better and Ps can go to the SL.

Let me try to summarize.  Two different lounges as noted above...the Suite Lounge and the Diamond Lounge.  See John's post above for who has access to which.  The SL is located on deck 17.  Coastal Kitchen shares the same large space as the SL, with the SL on the port side and CK on the starboard side.  The DL is supposed to be moving to deck 4.

Don’t believe any location changes for CK or SL during drydock.
