Purchased items on EDocs

None of my purchased items (12 pack water; specialty dining package for 3rd person; adult/teen soda package) are showing up on my eDocs. Is this normal??

No - they should all appear. You should ring NCL to query that.

Yes...it is normal. Your eDocs are your boarding documents.

 

The items that you've pre-purchased will appear on your Amenity Confirmation. Just call your booking agent and request a copy.

They are listed on your vacation summary

The vacation summary is mostly incorrect. Call and ask for a amenities confirmation, dining confirmation, and ShoreEx confirmation to be emailed to you.

That's not correct - I literally had my own edocs open to check. All that information is listed on there. It does also appear on the amenity confirmation, but should also be on the edocs. If it is not showing there, then there is an issue.

 

(And I've literally had them open again now to be certain I am giving the right advice.)

I always just keep a copy of my conformation and that solves the problem: Most things do show up on the vacation summery but some things might be missing. E docs have nothing to do with what you have purchased.
