Trying to decide on cabin category

I may be dense or something, but the beverage "rules" and room service are still not completely clear to me.

If you have a beverage package and a club continent suite you can get room service for drinks, correct?

If you have a club veranda stateroom and a beverage package can you get room service for drinks?

If you are in a club continent suite and no beverage package is the beer in your frig included?

Can you get room service in either of these cabins for dinner?

Yes.  If you have a beverage package you can get drinks on the package delivered, regardless of stateroom category.  If you don’t have a package and are relying on the included drinks, no.  You can’t have those delivered.  Regardless of whether you have a package or not, the alcohol in the fridge (and the half bottle of red that they leave in the cabin) is chargeable

Any category of stateroom can order room service dinner.  If you are in a suite you can ask your butler to serve it course by course, otherwise it will be delivered in one go.  You can order off the TV/by phoning room service if the interactive TV still isn’t available on Pursuit or can have anything off the menu that is in the main dining room for that day.

How do you know if it has a tub or just a shower.  Want shower only no tub.   Looking at the Quest.

Starboard N1 and port N2 CC suites have walk-in showers.  Others you climb into a tub in order to shower.

If you are in a club continent suite, you can get what ever alcohol is included for no charge put in your suite and/or your refrigerator.  Your butler will not deliver a mixed drink, but he or she will deliver the makings of a mixed drink, e.g. orange or tomato juice and your alcohol of choice.  Initially you will received 1/2 fifths of three different included alcohols, but these can be switched out.  If you get the highest alcohol package, then you can get any included alcohol and a mixed drink delivered to your suite.  It is confusing on paper, but your butler will explain it when you get to your cabin.

Just to clarify to save confusion. None of the alcohol in your fridge is free, nor the half bottle of wine in the cabin (which has a note with it that's it's chargeable). The only alcohol that's free is the included four half bottles of spirit that are in the bar set up and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine.  Of course you can put any of that in your fridge. All soft drinks in there are included, as they are in any cabin. Just ask your butler/room attendant for your preference. You'll get a variety, not necessarily of what you want. Just ask.

You said if you have the highest beverage package you can have drinks and other included alcohol delivered but someone else seemed to say (I thought) that if you have a beverage package (not the highest) you can have alcohol delivered.  Do you really need the highest beverage package?
