Cartagena tour help needed

My husband and I are booked on the March 5, 2020 panama canal on the Miracle.  Trying to figure out which tour in Cartegena would be best for someone with severe neuropathy in their feet.  Choices are Dora the explorer tour, hop on hop off, or party bus.  Trying to see the most with the least amount of walking.  Any suggestions??

Dora Tours are the best around if you want to see the best of Cartagena. You are bussed around but of course you are going to have to walk when you get to the old town area ..... She is an expert and was one of the best we have ever had on a cruise. I don’t think you could see the best of everything staying on a bus. Dora and her small Mercedes vans go atop the monastery for amazing city views.

We were recently in Cartagena on a cruise.  We went to the port w/o having a tour in mind.  We went to the local tours at the exit of the port and met a young lady named Karmen.  She was running a tour bus for 10 to 12 people @ $20 each.  There were four of us and we wanted a little more private tour.  She agreed to $200 total and we did the tour.  Karmen was an excellent guide.  She took us all over the city, including the Monastery.  

 

She also took us to a couple pharmacies trying to locate some medications one of us needed.  She went out of her way to give us a great tour.  

 

She made sure that she went into the pharmacies as an interpreter for the person seeking the medication.

We were on a Dora the Explorer tour in 2014, and are going back in November 2020.  As soon as we booked the cruise, we contacted her again and booked.  Our particular guide in 2014 was Mercedes, and she is still with Dora, so requested her.  She was amazing!
