I just wonder how many people actually do it. I certainly look, we upgraded on Royal through that program from a Oceanview to a Silver Suite for $150pp (the minimum bid), sometimes it is worth it. Yep, total price with what we paid and the upgrade, is still cheaper than what the inside cabins are currently going for on the same cruise. I've seen crew and entertainment changes 2 days in/out on a cruise; it's fairly common.
