Sad news from Jack's Shack

This photo is from last year. The first time we visited GT we stayed at the beach by the port and really didn't like it - too crowded and the water was rocky and murky. Then we read about Jack's Shack and on our next visit wandered down the beach to find nice folks, a great beach, and Topher. My sons loved him. We've been back every time we've visited GT. I'm sure there's a beautiful beach at the end of the Rainbow Bridge.

Neither the wife or I drink, but we always walked down to Jack's to see Topher. Just saw him in November and he was still playing around with the patrons.

I'm sorry for the owners' loss.  I speak as a dog fan.

 

I hope his sister Calypso continues to bring joy to visiting passengers as herself in the flesh and as Topher in spirit.

So sad.  Gopher "hooked on" to my special needs dd, literally not leaving her side when we were there last.  He will be missed.

I feel so sad.  We played with him in June.  It was our second visit with him.  Such a joy.  He will be missed.

Sorry to hear this.  W just had to put our pony of 23 years down.  He had cancer in his shoulder and couldn't get up.  So sad.

So sad to hear! Jack's Shack is our stop in Grand Turk and Topher made it better. Rest easy my furry sandy friend.

RIP sweet pup. We met Topher and Calypso in July of this year. Visiting them and Jacks Shack at Grand Turk was a very special memory for us. ❤️🐾

We have played with Topher at least 6 times, last time was December 3rd the day before he died, we were on Horizon. He was running and digging just like normal! He was teaching Calypso! I have a Standard poodle that looks similiar named Louie, Such a sweet dog!
