david_sobe Posted December 12, 2019 #5 Share Posted December 12, 2019 The executives will not respond and may never even see any emails from customers. NCL has an entire customer service department where it will be sent.

Even in my insignificant corner of the world, I have an admin who filters and triages my messages.

Emails to Execs are routed to off shore guest services call centers where representatives use canned, legally approved responses sent out under the signature of the exec. The execs don’t look at the thousands of emails sent to their public emails ever week. Happy emailing.
don't-use-real-name Posted December 12, 2019 #8 Share Posted December 12, 2019 This LINK maybe of some help - That noted going through channels is the best course and keeping a paper trail - https://www.elliott.org/company-contacts/norwegian-cruise-line-ncl/ More in likely the reason for the communication is complaint or critic - rarely kudos and compliments ! dexddd Posted December 13, 2019 #9 Share Posted December 13, 2019 Yea, don't bother. They'll route to a department that may or may not even respond.
