Do you know if the app is introduced as ships are upgraded?

We will be on Silhouette in August, but as yet the app doesn’t work for me.

Yes it is being introduced as the ships are upgraded.    There are a couple exceptions -  Reflections and Constellation were upgraded to RF to Beta before roll out.     If your ship is listed under the APP it is active.

 

BTW -   When on recently, my app worked but Iain's didn't.   I had the Retreat Concierge check it out and he found that Iain was using my e-mail account in his profile.   The app requires a unique e-mail.    He updated his profile and it started working immediately.

 

I used the app twice to open the door when I accicentaly left the room without my key when going for early morning coffee.   Worked like a charm.

Yes -  If the ship is on the App it has been upgraded.    The RF cards are especially handy for muster drill.   They don't handwrite the room numbers and try to figure out who's not there.   They tap your card against a scanner.    Somehow they still have people that aren't scanned.
