The OP is sailing on Princess. The maximum they will pay in cash is $25. 🙂 If the amount of refundable OBC exceeds that, the total amount will be sent in the form of a cheque.

That is indeed good news aussiebossyboots. Did you receive an email outlining what you were told in the phone call about the OBC or is it now on your cruise planner for your next cruise?
