THere are2 conversation threads for the July 18 Viking star sailing.   One was started by mistake on July 17.  Is it possible to merge them into July 18?

thank you

Howdy and welcome to Cruise Critic! emo22.gif

Any time there are duplicate Roll Call threads, please note the following from How To: Create A New Roll Call:

If you see two or more threads for the same sail date please email help@cruisecritic.com to have them merged.

Please send your email from your Cruise Critic email address of record and don't forget to include your Cruise Critic user name. This helps to verify your membership. Also include the title and link for each thread. In your case, you will need to explain the date situation too.

I sincerely hope this will be helpful and glad to have you aboard Cruise Critic! emo35.gif

Happy sails,

Just use the "Report" feature on the first post to ask the mods to fix it.

@Shmoo here True, but...

In this case the Roll Call Finder tool is directing to that date at this time. Since the tool will need correcting as well as the thread title, it would be best for the person that manages Tool repairs be the one notified. That is CC Help Jenn at help@cruisecritic.com. Also, she is the one that states the following in What is a Roll Call? Everything you Need to Know:

... If you have further questions, or need roll call assistance, please write to:  Help@CruiseCritic.com...

So, @Zpats it would be best for you to send an email to help@cruisecritic.com from your Cruise Critic email address of record. In your email, be sure to mention your user name and the current Roll Call thread title and link. Ask that the date be corrected on the thread as well as the Roll Call Finder tool.

Happy sails to all,

@miataman19 In your case when you send your email to help@cruisecritic.com from your Cruise Critic email address of record mentioning your user name and the title & link to the Roll Call thread, ask that the thread be removed from the forum as well as the Roll Call Finder Tool.
