A few facts :

 

My excursion was cancelled although still on MyAzamara but not bookable online (a proviso to check on board).

 

After it was cancelled, the excursion reappeared on MyAzamara as bookable with the price raised by $208.50AUD.

 

The excursion was re-booked for me by Azamara staff over the phone at the new increased price.

 

The difference in price was credited to my onboard account thanks to action by a guest help supervisor.

Or at least it is at the moment with my excursion re-booked at the original price! 😊

Bonnie, thank you for your interest.

I feel you and others who have posted on this thread, especially some

who know me fairly well have some idea of just how upsetting this saga is to me.
