This may be a stupid question but I can't find a definitive answer on Princess' website.  If Princess cancels a sailing, or if travel bans prevent people from crossing borders, will they refund cruise fares?

Why don't you consider calling them and ask?☺️

Ah boy!
Just when you need them, they're not there for ya!

Two major Canadian travel insurance providers

will no longer cover new customers who need to cancel their trips......

Viking came out with a message today that some cruises to Alaska will allow postponement of your cruise for a year and this can be done up to 24 hours before departure.  So far it seems to apply only to some Alaska cruises, but those are coming up quickly.

I got a message Monday that allows postponement of our cruise (not Alaska) and postponement up to 24 months.  Twenty-four hour notice was the same.

I saw a similar document from Carnival

about policy re. cruises from March 6th to May 31st.

so they're starting to catch on to the trend..
