Grand Cayman closing 60 days to cruise ships

Glad I got to swim with the sting rays the last time I was in Grand Cayman.

Very interesting article. But with the cost of things in Grand Cayman, I don't really see "medical tourism" as being a viable option. Unless procedures are much less expensive there...my dollars don't go as far with the exchange rate.

Cayman is a pretty rich country among its peers.  Other islands can't as easily throw away the cruise revenue.

I was curious about medical tourism also. I know Mexico and Cuba are very common places to go to for cosmetic surgery, along with South America. I have not heard about yet about people going to Grand Cayman for cosmetic surgery.
