On a lighter note ... Meet & Mingle Invitation

It's hard to find something funny about cruising these days; but the folks who run Cruise Critic managed to do so this morning.  We received an email reminding us of the Meet & Mingle for our scheduled cruise on the Splendor on April 16.  Like many others, we cancelled the cruise (which probably won't take place anyway); but there seems to be no way of cancelling our registration for the Meet & Mingle.  The email was good for a small chuckle.

 

At least we have a virtual Meet & Mingle - the Roll Call.  We' like several others, are still posting.

Great idea!  Set a time and date and raise a glass while exchanging some messages on the roll call.

 

I'll suggest that for our (not-yet-cancelled, but sure to be) cruise on the Explorer starting 4 May.

Maybe y'all can set up a virtual M&M using Skype or something...does that support multiple video streams?  Or if everyone had iPhones, you could do a group Facetime while sipping some bubbly...

Yes likewise had an email this morning for our April 16th Splendour crossing meet and mingle. 
Our time is 5 hours ahead of you, so excuse me it will be an earlier cheers 🥂 from here.
