Rare Essiesmom Posted March 22, 2020 #10 Share Posted March 22, 2020 According to a daily newsletter I get (can't quote or paste as it's copyrighted) Corporate VP of Housekeeping sat down with the people in Miami and all of the deck plans and worked out which cabins would need to be lit in order to show the message. They then communicated the info to the housekeeping dept's on all the ships. And those folks didn't necessarily know what the message would be until it was done. Princess has done it, too.
