That's what we're going to do; wait a week and then give them a call if we don't have our FCC and other refund issues resolved.

Our PCC is not responding to our emails.  Maybe furloughed?

I spoke with a Casinos at Sea agent this morning.  The agent said they were told that the Cruise Next department is small but they are working hard at getting the CN deposits returned.

I called NCL Saturday morning and was told I would receive my 2 cruise next certs for my 2 canceled cruises by April 13. Uhmmm there’s 2 hours and 37 minutes to go!

I think whoever you talked to was being slightly optimistic😉

My CAS agent said they had just been told earlier this morning that the CN department would take a while to get them refunded to us.   I think CAS has been flooded with calls about the same thing.

Got my CN right away.  I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever get my FCC.  10 days and counting since the deadline.

Same story here. Cruise cancelled on 3/30, credits promised by 4/3 but still haven’t received my FCC or CN. I call every few days and the reps know nothing and can’t seem to escalate to the right department for resolution. Very frustrating as it looks like I’ll miss out on the 20% off promo.

Good to hear I'm not the only one.

Still waiting for my Cruise Next deposits back, but was able to book/hold a cruise for a year from now using my DH's FCC.  He got his email on April 3rd.  I'm still waiting as my half of the cancelled cruise fare was more than covered by two Cruise Next deposits.  Casinos at Sea told me that the CN department is working on returning those.

I had two sailings booked that got canceled. One of the sailings, we used some previously awarded FCC to book (we got FCC for a price reduction on our Bliss sailing in December and used it to book a sailing in March). While our CruiseNext certificates and out-of-pocket money was awarded back to us as FCC, we have not seen that spent FCC come back onto our accounts. My PCC has assured me up and down that we will get it back, but that still hasn't happened. So currently we are missing that $345/person FCC, plus we should conceivably get 125% of that, so really $431.25/person.

I'm befuddled about something. Have meant since was always told to find a GOOD travel agent and only book cruises with that TA period. And to do this exactly in the case something like this happens, waiting for FCC or a refund in an unusual situation where you need someone to go to bat for you. I mostly sail with Oceania (who is owned  NCL), but I have an NCL cruise booked too. I've always been curious why many if not most NCL cruisers book directly or with CCs. Convenience? Better service? Discounts?

I had an Oceania cruise that was scheduled to leave from Tahiti today (boo-hoo). I've received about 80% of my refund from Oceania, and my TA is on it for the rest. Have an NCL booked for May and hoping NCL's cancels so I can get a refund. Again my TA is being proactive in telling me what will happen if NCL cancels and how she will be on it when they do.

But I know since so many of you book directly love to know why for next time- if there is a next time! In many cases it's hard to deal through a third party, but have always found that when $ is the issue a TA is indispensable. Plus I usually get free gratuities and extra SBC. Please explain why.

Some more progress made on my account. I got my bonus FCC on my second canceled cruise today. My 15 year old has had his back for the same cruise for about 12 days or so. Would have only made sense for them to credit it at the SAME time, but noooooo.

At first my cruise next deposits showed in my account as double what they should have been....but that was corrected when the FCC finally appeared.  The FCC is missing $100+, and the split between my wife and I is not even close to being even.

My update-   Accidentally saw that my Bonus 25% FCC was now on MyNCL.  However, still nothing about returning my two Cruise Next.  (My DH had his FCC plus Bonus 25% FCC over a week ago.)

Our account has turned into a cluster.  I was shorted $50 on my FCC; my wife's was correct.  The $450 prepaid DSC which I had called and requested a refund over a month ago was not returned to my credit card but rather put on the cruise next certs I used to book the cruise.  One CN for $200 and one for $250.  WTH?  Consequently they didn't refund the cruise next certs I used to book the cruise.  Phone rep said I need to call back tomorrow and talk to the cruise next people.  There are other issues I won't get into.  I suspect it's going to take many phone calls to get this straightened out if at all.

My March 15 cruise on the Bliss out of NYC was cancelled by the cruise line. We were in NY ready to go and did not cancel ourselves, yet instead of the 150% FCC we were supposed to get we only got 100%. The credit showed up on my account on the app, under my cruise next vouchers. My cruise next vouchers were also credited back. Guess I will have to call to find out why I didn’t get 150%. I booked through casinos at sea.

I tried to re-book my May 10th cancelled cruise and was told by rep I wouldn't be entitled to any FCC sine my suite was fully comped. and that he couldn't give me 25% of nothing and that only the fare itself was considered for FCC  2 days later receive an email giving me a %25 future cruise credit on everything other then fare  port charges, drink and dinning package etc.  Called back with another Rep  and re-booked easy peasy  worked out to be Cheaper than cancelled cruise for same suite  plus the FCC plus the $600 OBC  Was a great deal  Good Luck

Similar issues as on my end too:

-- Prepaid internet upgrade was supposed to be refunded to my credit card, but shows up on My NCL as a CruiseNext Deposit

--- Two CruiseNext Deposits that were applied to my cancelled booking are missing

Perhaps they should invest some money into their IT infrastructure after they get past all of this. 😄

All FCC received and all correct.  Kind of funny that the poll got closed once the OP did not get the results that he was looking for though!

I goofed!  When I was created the poll it asked if I wanted an expiration date.  Since NCL had a self-imposed deadline of April 3, I assumed April 16 would be plenty of time for everyone to get their FCC sorted out.  Wrong.  Next poll I'll push the closure much further into the future.

If you do another with the same question, consider asking people who don't think they got the right amount to post the details.  Seems like the way it is calculated isn't clear to everyone - like you don't get the base FCC on any CN certificates but it is included in the bonus.  And it is split.  And a few others.

We got ours as promised, and they were for more that we were expecting!emoji846.png

With the 125% FCC and the 20% additional discount, we were able to get a significant upgrade, $1,000 in OBC we didn’t have before, and we STILL have money left on a FCC.
