Oceania Insignia in Tampa

I noticed today that the Insignia is at dock here in Tampa.  To my knowledge, Oceania has never been in Tampa before.  

 

Is this to escape the "limelight" of Port Everglades/ Miami or possibly because she was denied entry there?

Maybe the parking spots are taken in Miami & PE

Bahamas is also very busy with  ships floating in the area

It is far chea...er...less expensive,  for a cruise ship to dock in Tampa. 🤭

Even if Miami had parking space, wouldn't it make sense to park in the less expensive location (e.g., Tampa)?

Miami had ten ships in yesterday, one at a cargo terminal, and Sirena was/is at the end terminal that the Bimini Superfast used to use.  Also, Miami is not charging docking fees.  EM

Wow! Miami not even charging dockside. 

The regular Tampa ships have been taking turns dockside and being off Tampa Bay.
