NCL cancels cruises thru May 14

I already cancelled my air and excursions.  I just want the refund not the FCC since I have no plans on cruising in the near future after Cuba last year and then this.  I will stick to land based ford a while.

wow, that sucks.  your cursed ., i drove all the way to harrahs Atlantic city from VA and they told me when i got there that the governor is closing all casinos , with only a few hours notice.  smfh. i was pissed. no room and i ended up driving 9 hours in one day plus gas and tolls. 

 

 

but i dont think alaska would go, maybe from florida to bahamas and such.

That sucks too.  I mean in the scheme of things we are in good shape and I am praying my trip to London in September is still going to be a go but at least with that one I have plenty of time to hope things will get better for the world.

Please let us know when you think the casinos will reopen so we know to not plan to go until at least 30 days later.

We have a cruise out of Italy on the 18th then another out of Copenhagen on the 29th May,  wish they would just cancel & be done with it.

What's more perplexing is he drove there knowing  this virus was starting to affect states , then gets PO'd cause he drove 9 hours and it cost money.

31 days in May. 

So the 15th to me is pretty well mid May

maybe you have had too many pints

Everything cancelled but the cruise

Thats why I am angry that they are only taking it to the 14th

....

They are pathetic, nothing going to happen this year, they know it, they are just taking $$$. Remember cruise credits blow in the wind in bankruptcy! Cash in your pocket doesn’t. Stay safe x

NCL has still not issued our FCC.  By default they are telling me to take the cash refund.

Take it, I had issue a charge back with Amex this week, British Airways cancelled 4 flights on me, they had removed the refund option on their website and the phone was going dead, it’s my time there wasting so charge back.

I don’t mess anymore, companies are unsafe

I feel bad for all you people stuck in limbo with upcoming cruises save one. 

 

I know the feeling. I waited three weeks or so for cancellation of a cruise out of New Orleans after Katrina that was Carnival so I guess this practice is industry wide.

We should have sailed from NY on 16th March, on the 15th March we opted for a refund via our TA (not received yet). my NCL account shows 150% FCC with dates 01/12/2012 - 03/30/2021 not much time to re-book if that was what we were going to do, we have another NCL booked for September on the Dawn from Venice, the balance for this is due in May not sure what to do at this point as I am not sure NCL will be sailing in September and given it's from Venice Italy.

Maybe once the CDC edict goes into affect today those that think their May sailing is happening will see the results.

 

Sure the 100 days can be rescinded/amended. I'm thinking CDC will win the recommendations over what CLIA wants.

 

Florida has the most cruises/ports and even Disney/Universal has shut it down through at least May.

 

Ports won't be open in May.
