Our Filipino friends (husband & wife) who were both waiters on Ruby & were bussed off the ship yesterday, & were flown overnight direct to Manila. They arrived this morning to find they have to spend 14 days in isolation at a hotel (one of 4 hotels being used for this purpose). They are in good spirits & glad to be safe.

That's great to hear. I hope they will be comfortable in the hotel, and stay healthy so they can be reunited with their family once the isolation period is over.

Good to hear, hope you are also doing fine my friend. These days its important to be taking care of yourself and people you care about. I am glad that there are places for people to stay for that 14 day quarantine period. I would recommend them not to leave the room to often. You may never know wether your neighbours are effected or not.
