DeputyDawg46 Posted June 5, 2020 #1 Share Posted June 5, 2020 (edited) I used a FCC as a partial payment on a cruise that RCI cancelled. Does the original FCC amount go back to the same number that it had when used? Does the part of the cruise that I paid cash for get a new FCC Number if I elected for a FCC? Does the new FCC amount include the used FCC amount along with the cash paid? What part of this cruise fare does the FCC 125% apply to, if applicable? Does the cash deposited up front get rolled into the FCC calculation or paid out separate? If I elected for a full refund of 100% am I to understand that the FCC goes back to a FCC and I would get the cash that was outside of any used FCC amount? Notwithstanding, I understand the taxes are not part of any FCC. TIA DDawg Edited June 5, 2020 by DeputyDawg46 Add TIA
firefly333 Posted June 5, 2020 #2 Share Posted June 5, 2020 (edited) If you wanted a refund, the fcc can be refunded if rcl canc the cruise the fcc came from, if it's from some prior incident or you cancelled then you you get it back in same amt as fcc. Only fccs from cruises rcl canc can be refunded. I've read if you get cancelled again and elect to get a new fcc, the cash you paid becomes 125%, the fcc amt stays the same. The new fcc is rolled into a new fcc. Of course fees and taxes refunded. Only cruisefare for new fcc. Edited June 5, 2020 by firefly333

The 125% applies to any cash you added to the booking. Correct.

The new FCC will be issued as one FCC combining the old FCC at 100% plus the new amount at 125%
