844 418 6824 is the Captains club phone number. They will e mail captains club for the missing points or any other issues one might have. I have always found them pretty quick to respond via email.  A couple years ago I was missing a lot of points from two cruises as I sailed solo and was only awarded points based on single occupancy and the points were added within days.

My points are NOT showing anywhere, I called th Captain’s Club. They are sending an email.  We immediately watched the Dec 20 webinar.  Sure hope we get our points. We’ve never had a problem before! 🤞

That's like mine, not on main page or on historical.

I've never had issues with the points before.

Same here. But also my cruise that finished Friday is not shown, but that maybe just takes some more days. Anyway I guess I need to contact them as I booked this cruise when they had "2x points on new 2023 Europe bookings". Pretty sure they "forgot" this.

You might be pleasantly surprised.  Our bonus points for our Nov Galapagos trip posted the first time around.  No correcting calls needed.  I also noted that the words "bonus points" appeared next to the sailing when I looked at Points History.

A phone call is a waste of time - chances are nobody at Corporate will even admit there ever was a double point promo, but the points will post (usually about a week after the cruise).

That's why I saved the promo information.  Didn't need it though.

Yes, it is a Federal Holiday in the United States. Schools, banks, and Wall Street are closed.   However, stores and restaurants are open.

In Canada transportation services fall under Federal government, so who knows about cruise lines in Florida 🤔

Also stores and restaurants are almost always open 😁

I think we are confusing PUP with Capt. Club status. PUP convert to Capt. Club pts. adding to your status level. They aren't separate accts.

Today, the holiday is being observed--- by people heading to shopping centers, malls, and home improvement stores.😄

If the workers have the day off then it could. I don’t know if they do or not as some companies give the day off and some don’t. I don’t think that updating total points is a priority though.
