Which Food Venues are Free on Harmony

Which food venues on Harmony are free or for a fee.  I know the Windjammer and MDR are free, but what about the following?  I'm going to guess; tell me if I guessed right:

 Sorrentos (free)

Cafe Promenade (free)

Johnny Rockets (fee)

Sabor (fee)

Starbucks (fee)

Boardwalk Dog House (free)

Vitality Cafe (free)

Chops (fee)

Park Cafe (free)

Jamie's (fee)

150 Central Park (free)

Also, Johnny Rockets is free for breakfast.

It's like @Merion_Mom said, none of them are free. Some of them are included in the cruise fare. I think a better way to look at it as Included vs Additional Charge.

I looked twice on the deck plans and can't find Izumi.  I know Izumi has been on other Royal ships.  🍷
