jgmorgan Posted July 24, 2020 #1 Share Posted July 24, 2020 Multiple emails to the Celebrity Engagement Center re: delays in receiving a FCC certificate for a Cruise With Confidence cancellation from last April and Captain's Club points for a prior cruise last November have gone unanswered for many weeks now. Is this a common experience? I have been hesitant to call since my issues aren't as pressing as those of customers needing immediate assistance. Just curious. No matter what the question or issue I always call for an answer even though I am aware it might not be the correct answer.
bubbachief Posted July 24, 2020 #3 Share Posted July 24, 2020 I called and was connected in a few minutes. We found out our FCC was lost in cyber space. Next day got an email with the information.

There are no customers that need immediate assistance and there won't be any for quite some time.
jelayne Posted July 24, 2020 #5 Share Posted July 24, 2020 Suggest you call. We had FCCs from April cancelled cruise mine came via email on 5/11. DHs was erroneously sent to someone else who we had meet a few years ago. They recognized the name and forwarded it to us. If you booked with a TA they may have a copy of your FCCs. This week DH received his FCC (another canx Cruise) I didn’t so I contacted TA and they emailed both to me.

sauna director Posted May 27, 2022 #8 Share Posted May 27, 2022 Beware of Bermuda!...their Covid application/authorization is questionable at least! Yes, they send you a receipt ($40). I'm still waiting for approval and the cruise is six days away!
