Where was I?

We have established it is Arizona and it is the Colorado river, so it has to be the Grand Canyon National Park, but that is 440 kms long. So you are warm, but not there yet.

Hint: Taken from a bridge over the river.

Well I've just googled that info and there are 7 of them!

Well done. It is the silver bridge at the bottom of the Grand Canyon. I am proud of this photo, because only 1% of people who visit the GC actually walk down to the river. It's a 31 km round trip on the Bright Angel trail, very steep, lots of switchbacks, no shade, took four hours down and eight hours to walk back up. I was a bit younger then and a lot fitter.
