Booking excursions online

I tried to book an excursion on the HAL website and was unable to complete the transaction as it required the credit card expiration date but had no place to add it.  Anyone else have this problem?  Their office is closed today so that is not an option.

I booked some this week both with credit card and gift cards.  usually if something is missing like that it is because the page didn't finish loading.  I am not defending the HAL website as it is not very good but to expedite try clearing your browser cache or even try a different browser.   That often clears up websites for me
