Rare Mary229 Posted September 6, 2020 #2 Share Posted September 6, 2020 I booked some this week both with credit card and gift cards. usually if something is missing like that it is because the page didn't finish loading. I am not defending the HAL website as it is not very good but to expedite try clearing your browser cache or even try a different browser.
