When can I start looking over the Ocean Medallion app

I have the Ocean medallion app and my cruise is not till December 2021. Can I still set up the app ready to use? When I try to do that it will not accept my Booking Number!!!

I’ve had the Ocean Medallion app installed since last year, & when I booked a November 2021 a couple of weeks ago, it automatically appeared on my app, saying I an off ship & how many days until our sailing. Maybe you should call them.

Are you sure you have same id/login for Princess.com as for OCEAN?

The app hasn't added a new booking and it won't let me add it manually.

Maybe, since everything is currently in limbo, they are holding off on adding new bookings until they know what's going on.

 

Why should Princess waste money correcting problems that don't currently make them any money?

Small things like this help when you're hemorrhaging cash left & right.

 

According to my medallion, it's day 10 of a cruise we were supposed to be on.

Mine shows for our February 2022 which is on a current medallion ship. Believe you have to be closer to the sail date before you can actually use the app. to load data for boarding. Nothing will show if the ship wasn't a medallion ship before the shutdown or if it is on the new Enchanted or Discovery.

Nothing strange at all....why should Princess pay someone to "fix" something that brings them no income at the moment, when it's really not broken in the first place. I'm sure they never imagined mass cancellations when they were designing the app. 

According to my medallion, I'm currently on day 12 of a 14 day cruise. If only that were true.
