How do you check your online account for casino offers. I was getting them by email and since my last one expired in May, I have not received anymore.

Log in to website

search for cruises

At top it will show if you have a casino offer rate

also link for recently viewed cruises

I'm confused about offers.  I've always gotten casino rate just on any cruises I wanted simply by telling my Princess travel person and she has always given it to me.  35% off interior, 25% off balcony and 15% off suite.   The offers I have gotten by e-mail or snail mail and generally are for $ for on board gambling and sometimes a specialty restaurant.  I've only once been offered a free interior cabin as I probably don't gamble enough to warrant any more free cabins.

We have received more offers during  Covid than normal. The most recent offers include Princess Plus so keep an eye out, that’s too good of an offer to pass up.

The dates extend to 2023

To see casino offers, log in, click on My Account/Future Credits/Onboard Credits/View Details, then scroll down. You should see (if any) your Future Credit, Casino Offers, and any other OBC.

when was this? Is it the discount rate or free cabin?

It was a fee cabin and we received the offer  around the 4th and we booked it last week. 

Free Cabin and Includes Princess Plus X3

It even included some  10 and 20 day sailings all the way out to 2023

I know they have different levels of offers and  I was hopeful that they were offering more PP options to everyone.

Question: Has anyone ever received an offer through email and when you call to book they

tell you that particular sailing  isn't on "The List" even though it shows as available in your filtered casino offer results?

 

Just had a very frustrating experience and there  doesn't seem to be a way to escalate it through to a dept head. I sent a very detailed email with screen grabs, the offer and fine print to the generic casino inquiry email address because when I asked for something more I was shut down.

I have experienced that as well.  There is one representative there - I can not recall her name -  that I have had multiple times over the years.  She is very crusty and not nice to deal with.  I called to ask about a cruise and she said if its not on the flyer, it is not covered so there is nothing to discuss.  My BIL had just passed and we were needing to book a last minute cruise for scattering ashes at sea.  I just hung up and called the main number and booked it with the casino discount instead of through their offer.  Another time, same woman,  I mentioned that I was cancelling another cruise and booking this offer instead and she told me "well that's not how its supposed to work. You should not do that."  Taught me to keep my mouth shut when I get her on the phone.

Don’t remember the name either.  She should be a crosswalk guard….
