onebzemom Posted February 7, 2021 #1 Share Posted February 7, 2021 Cruise schedule for 3/22 on the Panorama. We wanted to try the Cove Balconies and was worried about the noise being under the Galley. So we booked two cabins under the dining room #2334 and# 2338. It will be my son and daughter in law's first cruise and she is a very light sleeper. Being under the Galley I am sure would not be wise. But how about under the dining room? It looks like breakfast starts at 7:45. How much noise should we expect before that for set up? I'm assuming it will be quiet during the evening. Husband and I have been on many cruises but always choose deck 1 with rooms above us. Thank you for your help.

Aplmac Posted February 7, 2021 #3 Share Posted February 7, 2021 Play with the drop-down menu to select decks above/below your cabin area and see what gives... https://www.cruisecheap.com/deckplans/carnival-cruises-carnival-panorama-deckplans-deck-2.html

Would never book a main deck cabin due to the possibility of there being noise.
sanmarcosman Posted February 8, 2021 #5 Share Posted February 8, 2021 We stayed just forward of the cove cabins on the Panorama last February. What we noticed is the coves are near the Family Harbor Lounge where the kids hang and run there and back to their Family Harbor cabins. It was busy and noisy in that area every time we walked through on our way aft on Deck 2. YMMV.
sad113 Posted February 11, 2021 #6 Share Posted February 11, 2021 Has anyone stayed in the extended aft balcony on deck 2? Any opinions on it as far as noise goes?
