Is this normal?

My TA is out of pocket for a bit  right now so thought I would ask here.   She lifted and shifted my up coming September Alaska cruise to September 2022. Same cabin, same ship but a little different itinerary.    Now BOTH cruises are showing up on the Royal Caribbean website under my account.  Is this normal?    I dont recall that happening last year.

There are a lot of screw-ups happening on their booking engine because of the pandemic, including the lack of efficiency in reconciling shifts in cruises. The 2021 shifted cruise will eventually disappear. I had one for March 2021 that took almost a month to go away after I shifted it to a 2022 cruise.

It's even more fun when you call them about a cancelled cruise and they ask you if you want to book any shore excursions for it.😨

I had shifted and cancelled cruises showing up for awhile. As long as the ones I am actually planning to go on show up I don't worry about it.
