Can You Lift & Shift Before RCCL Cancels?

Hello - I have a June 13 cruise booked, with final payment due next week.  Now that cruises have been canceled through the end of May, and I just saw that Princess has canceled some Caribbean cruises further out, is it possible to lift and shift a June cruise even though Royal Caribbean hasn’t officially canceled them [yet]?  Their policy on the website seems to indicate it’s only possible if your booked itinerary has been canceled by the cruise line.

No you can't until they cancel the cruise

Or "on hold" as was my Oct 2021 to Canada N/E. They still haven't decided but offered some limited options.

This is the correct answer.

 

There are some cruises that can be L&S while they are not officially canceled.  The majority are cruises that have 2021 Canadian port calls.

You may be able to move it to another cruise , not price protected though and not sure if the no change fee is waived on not, that would depend when you booked it I believe.
