it was $122 in gratuities -one had to be drunk half the day to get a good value from it lol

you can waive the drink package if you want to, so i dont think  you can complain about its price. no one is forcing you to accept it, it will lower your cruise fare if you remove it, and this way you can monitor you drink intake

I still had the points from a cancelled cruise from April 2020 on my account. They just got removed. So I'm back to zero as that was to have been my 1st NCL cruise.

My cruise for May 2020 was cancelled.  The points were on my account until just recently.  Just like you, they were taken off. The points really are worthless and do nothing in my opinion. However, I thought it was nice of NCL to provide them.  When after so long they were taken back, it was a bit disappointing.  Seemed like such a little thing to do for their guests.

I know why this happened and other things like this happen.  The computer programs that all the Main Stream cruise lines use are designed to be completely inflexible. It is easier for the staff to use when everything is black and white.  That is why adjustment or corrections take an act of god.  If it goes against the system, all hell breaks lose. Just try to upgrade to the Premium Plus Drink Package for 2 of 4 people in group. Not going happen.

Wish it was different and more customer friendly.  But, it is not.

Good news! (Not an april fools joke I don't do them it is bad karma!)

I wrote to NCL nicely (keyword NICELY) and they gave me 7 points for my May 2020 cruise that never happened!!!

I am now 3 points away from FREE laundry yay!! Now I can get the free strawberries in 2025 vs 2026.

I wrote to my friend Dave from Dayton to see if he can do the same thing, but his wife Betty doesn't like him on the computer due to his gambling addiction. He lost several k in the Epic casino and she no longer lets him get the UBP.

I wasn't complaining about it if you read my post closely. No need to be snarky.
