100 Day Benefit

Question: When does the 100 day benefit of "Complimentary free laundry" get applied? The cruise where you reach that level ... or the cruise following that one? We are booked on a B2B2B where we'll reach the 100 day mark during that cruise.

You should get the laundry perk from the start of the cruise during which you achieve your 100 day target. And it's a bigger bonus than you could imagine!

The cruise you reach the level.  

On the voyage we hit the 100-day mark we were off the ship partaking in a 2-night SS mid-voyage land tour and missed all of the festivities at Venetian night.  No bother though as our Butler had the certificate waiting for us upon our return.

The free laundry makes such a huge difference. One may pack less and enjoy the cruise not having to be concerned with the thought of doing laundry at sea or coming home with a suitcase of laundry.

 

The Silversea laundry crew do a fantastic job!

From memory we received our free laundry bonus throughout the cruise in 2005  when the actual day we achieved the milestone was day 11 of a thirty one day cruise.It remains our best perk from Silversea cruising experience.

Good question!!! Our cruise in 2018 we completed our 100 days !!☺️ But we were told it would not apply to that sailing so had to wait until a fabulous Venetian sailing sept 2019 celebrating silversea 25 years ...it was a fabulous cruise around the Mediterranean .. lazy days & wild nights 🚢

It's also nice to get the additional 5% discount on future cruises.
