Not really
CitizenM Radhuspladsen is closer to Rådhuspladsen Metro (Town Hall) and Central station - Hotel Berthel is close to Kgs. Nytorv Metro and most sights (apart from Tivoli) - Hotel Berthel also closer to Langelinie. Direct Metro from Kgs. Nytorv to Airport.
From a transport point of view, CitizenM is marginally better - for your days in Copenhagen I would prefer Hotel Berhel.
