You should have received a booking confirmation.    Our Blue Chip offer included the 3 perks.  This is how mine reads:

You’re lucky! We have a “free” casino cruise in December and nothing is included

If you have the always perks where does it show on your reservation? I am on a casino cruise and have not gotten a clear answer on this.

thank you

if it is a discounted BC booking you get AI, If it is a comped (free) cruise you do not

This is not accurate.   I have a comped cruise that comes with AI as you can see from the confirmation above.    I have received a few email offers that included AI, and a few that did not.

i stand corrected, as i didn't bother to see your receipt. But to my point, offers vary by individual, and what i stated seems to be the norm. Most comped cruises come with casino credit? Mine do, but i have yet to get AI with my comped cruises. Actually if you call BC you get different answers to these questions depending on who you talk to. I've requested cabin upgrades and told that it is not available, only to call back a day later and get my upgrade.

Congrats on your deal!

I did notice and thought it odd that your cruise fare was $70 but then that $70 was reversed later in the invoice.  Maybe because your cruise fare is not $0 it qualified for the AI perks??   Doesn't matter as you have the perks.

I'm always amazed at the complexity of their invoices and it's no wonder the accounting department made tons of mistakes during the refund storm.

Careless, thanks.  Celebrity is sometimes not great at communications, and right now, they are probably worried about more important stuff, such as getting correct info out to people cruising this weekend from St. Maarten (after all the misinformation they have provided!).
