thanks for sharing this - we will see you on the 26th!  Curious if the longer you are emplyed with Royal the higher your pay is?  And is there a pay scale depending on your position?  How are tips factored in if you work the dining room? Steward?  thanks for shedding light on this - I am always second guessing the amount of my additional tips to the wait staff and cabin steward
