A very good reason to book Air to Sea

I just cancelled a cruise fir clients sailing July 2, 2021 on the Freedom under CWC.  They had refundable air booked with Air to Sea.  100% of the airfare is being refunded to their credit card.....no penalties.  Surprisingly the cruise fare is also being refunded because of changes in protocols.  Great service Royal!

They also allowed us to Lift and Shift our Europe Cruise in September on Harmony of the Seas to September 2022. Price protected our OS Cabin also. 🙂

We had booked thru A2S for our flight to bermuda for the Vision sailings and when Royal cancelled those summer sailings we had our refund from A2S in about 6 days and our full refund from Royal in 7 days.     Definitely Great Service Royal😃

We booked our air thru air2sea last Friday yesterday our airfare dropped $75 pp I called air2sea they canceled our flights and rebooted at the lower rate and didn't cost us a thing.

Do you know if that is their new or unwritten policy. Will they reimburse fares if FCCs were used and also L&S from a previous cancelled cruise.

This was only offered to guests on the Freedom sailing in July

I guess we'll find out over the next several months.
