FiremedicMike151 Posted August 1, 2021 #1 Share Posted August 1, 2021 Are those actually comfortable? Honestly sitting on a hard tile lounger sounds like the opposite of comfortable, but they must be different than I assume?
tallnthensome Posted August 1, 2021 #2 Share Posted August 1, 2021 They are comfortable ...... Lay a towel on and enjoy. They wouldn't install them if they were uncomfortable for a relaxation area.
Out of Iowa Posted August 1, 2021 #3 Share Posted August 1, 2021 I agree. The heated tile loungers are luxurious and one of my favorite things about the spa area.

Rare ninjacat123 Posted August 1, 2021 #5 Share Posted August 1, 2021 Just bought the 6 day spa pass for our Jan 2022 cruise! Do you make reservations or is it first come, first served? TIA!

FiremedicMike151 Posted August 1, 2021 Author #7 Share Posted August 1, 2021 We got a cloud 9 spa balcony on an upcoming cruise, which means I think we get free access to that?
CarolSW Posted August 1, 2021 #8 Share Posted August 1, 2021 The tiled loungers in the spa are curved to fit you as you recline. Yes, they are hard at first, but as you relax, and experience the warmth, you don’t feel the solid surface as much as you feel the AHHHHH……

They won't throw you off the lounger but some courtesy would tell you when to let someone else have a chance to use it depending how busy the spa is.

Gotcha! I was thinking this was the case but didn't want to assume. Thanks!
no1racefan1 Posted August 1, 2021 #14 Share Posted August 1, 2021 I was really looking forward to these but did not enjoy them. I found them to be uncomfortable and WAY too hot. Looks like I'm in the minority, lol

And there are plenty of towels in the Spa area and Spa locker room. I like to lay one on the lounger and roll one up to put under my neck like a pillow. TIA! @CarolSW @d-train The loungers are first come, first served, if it is busy, please share time... The spa pass for the thermal suite use is also limited, they do sell out. That way they can control capacity so it is not crazy busy, overselling passes...
DPTexas Posted August 8, 2021 #17 Share Posted August 8, 2021 I enjoyed my T-spa pass and especially the chaise loungers on my last cruise and looking forward to using them again on my upcoming cruise. I thought they would be uncomfortable, but they are oh so relaxing.
