Wow, that’s a mouthful of a question. 😣

Anyway, I was on the Equinox a few weeks ago, traveled solo and purchased D&M.   Pringles were still included but due to the pandemic, the ship was out of stock. From other reviews and photos, it seems the only ship that has Pringles is the Edge.  As far as being solo, I only got one bottle of wine, $50 casino credit and because I was the only person in the room, I was able to use the minibar at no additional charge.

.

Wow!  It's absolutely fantastic, "Seany527," that you -- the perfect person to encounter our questions -- were recently aboard AND happened to choose to read this thread!

Thanks so much for everything that you wrote, saving "aring75" the trouble of speaking to their steward and of responding to us.  Based on your answers, the interested "solo" party (whose questions we relayed) is planning to purchase the Drinks and More package.

Oh, we just thought of a couple of follow-up questions (about your experience).  You said that you were "able to use the minibar at no additional charge" ...

(1)  Was the minibar replenished daily (and automatically)?

(2)  On Embarkation Day (and each time the minibar was replenished), did it contain just half the usual number of items (since you were alone) -- or did it have what aring75's photos showed (four little bottles of Tito's Vodka, two cans of Coke, etc.)?

Thanks again!

.

Thank you so much for these.  If it's not too much to ask can you take a picture of Monday's Daily Planner?  If you took a picture of it before I didn't see it.

We don’t have Pringles and the stateroom attendant doesn’t know about them.

Also he is probably not the person to ask about how it will work with a solo passenger. I think it would be best if your solo friend emailed Celebrity with this question. At least that way they might get something in writing before their cruise if the cruise line allows them to purchase solo.

.

Ooops!  We responded to "Seany527" without looking ahead to see if you too had responded, "aring75."  Thanks for your effort and suggestion.

It's us again (sorry) ... but this time we have an unrelated question that (we hope) will be very easy to answer, "aring75" or "seany527."

We have been on four Solstice-class ships.  On each of them, on Deck 9, overlooking the "Grand Foyer," there was an open area that people called the "game room" or "card room" (possibly called "Game On," officially).  On the Equinox, does this area still exist -- and are people actively using it for playing cards and board games and for making jigsaw puzzles?

We ask the above for two reasons:
..... (1)  We don't know if Celebrity is discouraging these activities, due to health-related concerns, because they can bring unrelated people into rather close contact with each other ... and ...

..... (2)  We noticed that the game room, on Silhouette, has been converted -- to our great surprise -- into three or four staterooms, at least two of which are half-sized cabins for solo travelers (about a hundred square feet)!

Thanks, in advance, for any reply.

Card room is still there. Deck 9. And it is definitely used to play cards, mah jong, dominoes and other games. It doesn’t seem like anyone is actively discouraging its use. And games are available on the shelf.

I would think if they decide not to allow this, the games, cards, etc. would be put away.

Also, all tables are 4-top and looks to be about 10 or 12 tables in the room. If I can get there when it’s empty, I’ll take a photo.

We take 6 - 8 cubes for the overhead storage.  Fantastic design feature.  Never understood why it gets slammed by some reviews.

And I don't know why I never thought of this!  Thanks and adding those to my list and the magnet hooks.  Already had magnets to keep track of papers, and notes to each other.

Statesville?  You've had some nasty weather earlier this week.  Not so bad down here.

Reflection and Silhouette had The Hideaway on deck 8.  We'd often sit there after dinner and listen to the music from below.  Very relaxing.  There was also a convenient coffee/tea station.

Looks like it has been replaced by Team Earth.

Gee I can;t believe anyone would cx their cruise over BBQ kettle Chips.

I guess you missed the sarcasm of my comment  because someone was making a big deal about knowing if Pringles are still available in a cabin for snacks.  LOL.🤣

Make that Jalapeño Ranch Ruffles and I might never leave the room. 😁

This reminds me of our search for chips onboard X ships. My husband loves to get his salt fix by eating chips of any variety. Celebrity does not have chips anywhere we have found in our cruising history! So now he brings a few small bags with him to get him through 😂

Has anyone used the iLounge at all?  We have wifi packages on all our upcoming cruises except 8/27.  I don't normally need to be online but there are a couple of things I want to track while onboard.  Just need 30 minutes a day while DW is still asleep.  I did this sort of thing many years ago on a NCL cruise and the performance was terrible.

It was replenished almost daily. Maybe one or two days I opened it up and it wasn’t refilled. I’m sure if I asked the room steward to replenish he would have.

The mini fridge was filled exactly the same way as if there were two people in the room. However the Evian water on the counter, I only received one bottle per day.
