seems like the reviewer echoed much of what Lois has posted!  As to the overcooked tuna, well that's personally how I like it (I think, wasn't there after all), but know others would prefer the raw center.  I'm thinking the waiter should ask how you want your tuna steak - review does not mention if that happened
