Covid vaccine requried starting Sept 1, 2021

Effective 1 September 2021, all visitors must be fully-vaccinated, in addition to all other current requirements. See below for details. The mask, curfew, and business closure requirements have also been extended to 31 October 2021.

Requiring the testing within 3 days is going to be challenging for some cruise ships.

The real problem for many is they do NOT accept the standard vaccination card most people in the US were issued when they received their vaccine shots. 
 

Proof of Vaccination

Proof of vaccination accepted are:

• Vaccination letters signed by a doctor (must include doctor's registration or license number).
• E-Cards, such as those from CVS, Walgreens, NHS or similar sources.

Handwritten vaccination cards will not be accepted as proof of vaccination.

Agree.  Having a hard time finding a rapid test where I live.

It seems like they will accept the California Digital vaccination cards as an "Authorized government entity record or printed record from an electronic vaccination database." I understand why. That paper card can be forged. A state digital record is less likely to be a forgery

As far as I can tell, these restrictions apply to land vacations.  the GT Cruise Center is still closed and ships scheduled there were going elsewhere.
