Viking first river cruise restart at less than 10% capacity...

Just watched YouTube video about a travelers onboard the Viking Vilhjalm Danube river Aug 4 - 11, 2021, saying that it's the ship's very first restart cruise on the Danube river, with only 15 passengers & 50 crew

Wow! I thought that my Vienna to Basel cruise in 2010 with Uniworld was small; we had 47 passengers out of a possible 132 (due to the Icelandic volcano). And we had 18 passengers out of a possible 36 on the Irawaddy with Avalon; in fact, I was the only person in my wing. (There were 12 cabins on the lower deck and 6 on the upper. The lower cabins were split by the stairway into 6 forward and 6 aft; I was the only person in the forward section.)
